  • All donations made to Nandini Foundation are voluntary and intended to support our charitable programs and initiatives.

  • Once a donation is processed successfully, it is considered final and non-refundable.

  • However, in the rare event of an error (such as duplicate donations or incorrect amounts), you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction date.

2. Refund Requests

  • Contact information

  • Transaction ID or donation receipt

  • Reason for the refund request

3. Cancellation of Recurring Donations

  • Cancellations can be requested via email or phone.

If there is any issue related to a donation or refund, we encourage donors to reach out to us directly. We aim to resolve all matters promptly and fairly.
